    Details:
    Bought some COTO item from player vendors but some of them having base value which do not stack with the one from Crown Shop with zero base value.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 32715
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 GPU RAM: 1960
    SotA.Win.64.1082.Date.11.28.19
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01b_template/Crafters Town
    Area Display Name: Crafters Town
    Loc: (289.4, 36.5, 108.0)

    not all shogun wall lights are from the coto store; some were from the shogun lot deed bundles.

    I also bought shogun lot deed bundles and elven bundle before but those light sources are also zero value.

    Will it be the case that some shogun bundle item has base value while the other bundles do not? It should be a bug if that is true.
