Title:Some crafting skill nodes stuck on level 1

Reproduction Rate:100% on my in-game charactor

    Blocker (crash, cant continue)? Partial

    Scene Name: Any

    /loc coordinates: Any

Details: I recently started to try material refining and crafting. After the first level nodes in the skill tree reached level 40, I went to trainers to learn the second level nodes and set them at "Training" mode. But no matter how much material of that categories I refine or craft, the node level stays at 1 without improving, not even the little green progress bar shown beneath them. The following skill nodes all have such problem, however, since I just started to try the crafting system, there may be more nodes have the same problem :
Milling skill tree - Batching Materials node
Tanning skill tree - Batching Materials node & Swift Refine Materials node
    Alchemy skill tree - Enchantment
Agriculture tree - All second level nodes

Steps to Reproduce: (Using milling skill as example)
    1. Press K to bring up skill window.
    2. Set all learnt skills in Milling to "Training" mode.
    3. Start to refine lots of wood.
    4. The Batching Materials node stays at level 1 meanwhile all other nodes in the same tree progress without problem.

User Specs:Laptop with Linux Mint 19, Game relase 74

all the second and third tiers in the refining trees (but for agriculture) say in the skill description that they are specific to "refine materials recipes". this is a subsection of, for instance, the tanning recipes in your recipe book. in addition, batching will only train when you are doing a batch of these recipes, not one at a time.

enchantment requires both the enchantment skill from a skill trainer and the enchantment recipe from an alchemy recipe merchant and it only levels when you use the enchantment recipe.

to train sow seeds bonus, you need to batch plant. rather than clicking one square at a time to plant, drag the seed you want to plant from your inventory onto your noncombat bar and click it there. you'll get a radius to place just like with batch watering.

to train harvest plants, drag the skill from the skill window onto your noncombat bar and use it there. you'll get a radius to place just like with batch watering.
