I'd like to mention that all NPC names should still be considered placeholder. In fact, most (all?) generic NPCs of each challenge level will eventually get their own name (and won't be sharing names with their weaker/stronger counterparts).

FrostII, 4EverLost and Miracle Dragon like this.

I have a spreadsheet where I track which adventure scenes have those spiked-skulls, so please don't flood us with bugs about them missing just yet. ;)

Spiked-skulls are a great guide and starting point for your understanding of a map, but not an absolute rule. And what I mean by that is some adventure scenes might have more-than-challenging enemies sprinkled in the map, such as a more powerful spellcaster in the heart of an ancient ruins or a massive troll guarding his bridge. Also, I know of a couple of cases where we break the "rule" for resource nodes and mix in better nodes than should normally be available in a given map.

Sort-of unrelated to the tiers, I'll also throw out this tidbit: our resources continue to diversify, so one map might offer opportunities for harvesting copper and iron ore, another one of a similar tier could have pumpkins and crystals, while a third could have granite and silver ore plus some great fishing hotspots.
