    Title: Sometimes unable to access chest that is set to Public to add
    Reproduction Rate: Rare

    Details: Knightmare Falls has numerous chests that are set for the Public to add contents. At one point users were unable to access the chest and were receiving the following error: the Object was in use by another player
    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Knightmare Falls has numerous chests that are set for the Public to add contents
    - As multiple users were adding item, the chest went to a state that says the Object was in use by another player
    - Yet no other player was using the chest
    - This was fixed by picking up the chest and placing it back down with the same permissions
