    Title: Soothing Rain enchant incorrectly titled death ray
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
    Details: Enchanted a chest with a tempestry gem in it and was offered "death ray power" : +29.3% Soothing Rain Radius. The Effect name is incorrect. This incorrect name carries throigh to the crafted item.

    Steps to Reproduce:Enchant a chest with a tempestry gem until this effect is offered.
