    Hi folks,

    I'd like to shut down sotalore.com. The site never picked up much interest, except for a couple of specific pages, and I've pretty much lost all motivation to work on it. I'm hoping to transfer any useful bits to anyone who wants them :).

    The farming calculator seems to be very popular, and since it's largely just javascript, with very little in backend dependencies, I think it could easily be moved to another site (or sites, it doesn't have to be exclusive).

    I also think the lunar-rift map is pretty cool, so maybe that could be picked up by someone too?

    If any web content-creators want to pick up any of it, please let me know here. If you want to look at the source-code for it, I've made it publicly accessible.

    A big Thank You to the people who did use it, and especially those that reached out with either praise or criticism, that meant a lot!

    Wait! Wait! I didn't even have any idea that recipe list existed!

    Maybe if we're not getting a lot of use the alternative is to spread the word more? I'll happily post some links to it, and it should be linked automatically in several different types of guides (crafting, travel and noob, farming).

    That Rift map is awesome, and I use the farming calculator off and on but for a new farmer it is invaluable.

    Perhaps just wait until winter and see how traffic is then? Throw an ad on the side even to give some incentive?

    SotaHelp isn't working from what I'm seeing. But this is good stuff, it would be a shame to lose it, rolling it into something would be good.

    I want to thank everyone for their response. Honestly, I didn't think I was going to get much of a response, so I'm very pleasantly surprised. I didn't mean to create any drama with this post, as I didn't think the site would be missed, so I apologize for the flip-flopping :).

    I'm going to follow this advice. I'll leave the site up for now, and try and get the word out in a better way that the site exists at all.

    To anyone running a fan-site, that would like the little tools I've built, let me know via DM here or discord, and I'll see what I can do to help.

    Thanks again everyone for your support. I'll be tracking you all down in-game to salute you properly :).

    @Gravidy Your website is great! I hadn't heard of it, and I had searched google extensively for help with maps. I don't get many google hits for SotA. There's a bunch of noise, usually.

    Hmm, I thought for sure I had responded to this thread already, but I don't see my post so I guess I never hit the post button.

    @Gravidy I use your site quite often, especially for the farming calculator, but occasionally I will check your Rift map because it's super easy to use and I know instantly whether it's worth it for me to travel to a gate or just run to a location instead.

    If this site goes down, it will be missed a lot. Thank you for your hard work and glad you decided to keep it up for a while! :D

    Also, I've posted the link to your farming calculator many many times on these forums and will continue to do so.
