    Title: South Boundless Forest - Barbarians not dropping Rune Bag

    Details: Spent over an hour in here trying to find the rune bag drop from Barbarians. Was unable to find one dropping. Unable to do the daily quest for this.
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter South Boundless Forest, kill Barbarians. Look for Rune Bag quest drop.
