    Looks like the navmesh was not good. Rebuilt it and seems to be working now. Probably just really old.

    If you zone in from the North entrance, it is still broken. You can zone in with or summon pets if you use East or South entrances, but not North. If you try to zone in the North and have a pet in Novia, it disappears upon zone in, and trying to summon in the zone goes through the animation but no pet results.
