    Title: Fell down hole in Spectral Mines
    Reproduction Rate: Did it once, not keen to try it again
    Blocker? Seems to be. Though before I could go back and get screenshot, I re-appeared at the entrance way to the dungeon.
    Details: Fell off ledge, took about 500 pts of damage on way down, managed to cling to wall, heal and fall through the bottom of the world.
    Steps to Reproduce: Slip and fall off the edge. Don't die on way down.
