spell buffs on mobs dont show up immediately

    reproduceable: 100% although time delay can vary
    blocker: no
    details: spells dont seem to stick to mobs immediately after casting worse on juztapose casts
    steps:

    fight, cast enfeeblement, mob may not show icon for upto 2-3s

    video (including death, damn extra stupid bear) shows sort of but you have to pay attention
