Spider deco not placing

    Bought a spider deco from a player vendor and it will not let me place is anywhere on my lot. Inside, outside or in basement. Took up NPC pets and no other NPC items out so not sure why it wont place. Is this in the same line with the jack olanterns not placing as well. Hate paying my hard earned gold for something I cannot use

    I bought a spider pack off the coto vendor....opened it, some webs, and some skeles and poof no spiders wth?
