Details: Talked to all the caretakers and did not get the Spirituality banner. They all respond to that keyword so they should all reward it, unless you have to get it from Fortus End caretaker.

post still says there are five of them in for r46 and that one's the sixth one on the list. either needs to be updated to six or, if they're gonna list all of them, should flag which five are in

 

Once you have talked to devotional caretakers of the 11 towns and learned about the virtues, you are supposed to get the Banner of Spirituality from any of the devotional caretakers.

 

Yeah I did that yesterday and did not receive it - It may not be in the game yet if it is not one of the five in the instructions.
