    4. Details: Dying the hood yields no color change

    @Lexie I didn't see you note this bug yet. It seems ALL cloth looted armor is not dyeable. At least, that has been my experience so far.

    I've dyed a few of the items successfully. The hood actually takes the dye, however it doesn't look any different after dyes are applied. You can actually see in my avatar pic... that hood is supposedly dyed sparkling green and dark brown.
