I like the look but would it be possible to make the eyes glow red or something similar to make it stand out a bit? A little light would help it as it looks a bit drab. @Berek

 

Glowing eyes and some fog rolling out of it. That would be cool.

 

No! Don't have enough outdoor lighting slots as it is. I don't want to pull another light source in order to place the fountain.

 

There are a few things that seem "lighted" but aren't. Perhaps this could be one of them. Or.... they could increase our light source limits.

I have a lot that is just one big outdoor garden. Town lots only allow for 8 lights outdoors which translates into a very dark garden at night. It would be cool if they could just pool all the light sources for indoors and outdoors and let us choose where to use them.

 

I use a village lot for my garden, which only has 6, and yes... very dark at night. The mushrooms, used for looks; count as a light and provide next to nothing of the sort.

 

Making it have eyes that look like they're glowing doesn't mean that is has to be a light source.

As long as it's not, I think it would be cool. All these yard ornaments I can't use because of no room for outdoor lights just sit in a box though.

 

I agree. I would not want it to take up a light spot nor do I want it to impact game performance. Not complaining here really just seeing if there was a way to "spice" it up a tiny bit. Make the water a moldy green would give it a bit of color.

 

I love the fountain, except for the pentagrams. I wish we could get a version without those on it
