    Title: spyglass emote still missing with 419

    Details: did go to bank and claim rewards again, but it said there were none to claim

    No spyglass emote for me either (yes I bought the spyglass during the stretch goal).

    erm, will test this again tomorrow, but i just got the emote tonight and it affected everyone in the zone.
