Details:
Stacking a spell doesn't show extension in duration when you mouse over the icon in combat bar.

If you mouse over the buff icon, then it shows the correct duration.

This includes buffs as well as spells such as Ring of Fire, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Mouse over icon in combat bar - Observe duration of 1 stack of Purfiy
2) Stack Purify to 5 stacks.
3) Mouse over icon in combat bar - Observe that the duration remains the same.
4) Mouse over buff icon - observe that duration is extended.
