Stacking / Charging Skills - is somtihgn going to be changed to adjust - -

Since stacking and Charging of buffs is no longer viable (casting single = 5 stack), and this is ok - - -

But

what are the thoughts on changes to make the glyphs system viable again OR are we just going to leave it as status Quo.

Changes would be nice but if left as it then please just get rid of the #glyphs for these spells / skills.

Any skill that charging / stacking does not mean anything needs to be get some love to make it meaningful or removed and left out all together.

Also training of these skills should cost less exp since what was trained for is no longer part of the reward.
