Starting 01/01/2020 only trades and gold posts will be allowed

As mentioned on streams and posts before, we are ending ALL real money transactions here. Starting on January 1, 2020, roughly 2 days from now, no RMT (real money transaction) will be allowed in our private forums. Existing posts for RMT will be deleted. New posts will be deleted. Repeat offenders will be moderated or banned.

This does not mean that we will not allow RMT, simply that you can't use the official Shroud of the Avatar channels to do so. As discussed in multiple places, this is a support headache for us and gives the wrong impression of the game to new players.

All posts must obviously be a trade for in-game gold, for Crowns of the Obsidian or for trading one inventory item for another.

ANY indications the post is for an RMT sale, the post will be deleted. This goes for the Forums, Discord, our Facebook Page, Twitch (either the shroudoftheavatar or communityoftheavatar channels), in-game chat -- ANY present and future official communication channels provided by the Shroud of the Avatar team.

Posts neglecting to follow these guidelines will be immediately deleted. Repeated offenses could lead to banning from any or all of those communication outlets.

For legitimate trade posts, please do not "Bump" your post or spam post it. Once a week or longer less is acceptable.

Ok, and after having to lock the thread due to some people angry they won't be able to RMT, I just want to remind you that you will be able to RMT just not HERE.
