    Title:Stealth and a broken/unlit torch prevents stealth
    Reproduction Rate:100%
    Blocker?
    Details:If you equip a broken/unlit torch it prevents all stealth even though there is no light source
    Steps to Reproduce:equip a 0 durability torch and try to stealth
    User Specs:
