    Title: Stealth is not working properly.
    Reproduction Rate: 100% so far
    Blocker? no
    Details: if you are in stealth, and someone comes in to your instance, they will be able to see you, even though it looks like you are still in stealth on your screen.
    Steps to Reproduce: go in to stealth and then have someone tele or go in to your instance.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700T CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16331
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6052
    SotA.Win.64.922.Date.03.01.19

    I’ve also encountered the same issue while being in stealth mode. I see myself as hidden but others can see me. For me it happens also when people come into the instance I am in.
