Still cannot plant in beds on roofs

    Title: Still cannot plant in beds on roofs

    Details: Trying to use agriculture to plant cotton in my roof top beds (Gothic Inn roof). Have seeds, have water. It goes through the motion, but nothing is planted (and still have seeds).
