Still unable to transition from Equitas Passage to Hilt.

    Title: Still unable to transition from Equitas Passage to Hilt.
    Reproduction Rate: Easy
    Blocker? Yesish.
    Details: non-HUD frustrum fades to black indicating supposed scene change. Scene never changes, frustrum stays dark except for HUD until relog. Teleporter from Equitas to Hilt not working.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to go to Hilt via Equitas Passage (Serpent's Spine mine is entry point via Novia). Note: Was in Friends Only in party, not party lead. I have Shroud, other party members do not.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16341
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8081

    Of note. I can access Hilt via Nightshade Pass. So this appears to be something specific to Equitas and Hilt.

    Also of note, the problem in Equitas also happens at Paladis Passage.
