    1. Title: Stone Dungeon Room Spawned (Random Encounter 1) has no Kobold Lvl 1 Spawn
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: The Stone Dungeon Room Spawned (Random Encounter 1) has no Kobold Lvl 1 Spawn.
      Kobold Lvl 2 and 3 are ok.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Set up this Room with a Kobold Lvl 1 Totem

    I placed the new "Stone Dungeon Room Spawned (Random Encounter 1)" with Level 1 Kobold totem and the Kobolds are spawning. It maybe some other dungeon bug preventing mob spawning.
