    Title: Stone row house window misaligned.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The left window on the second floor of my four story stone row house is not positioned correctly.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screenshots below.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.380.Date.07.22.16
    Area: PRT_island_metropolis_01
    Loc: (-364.9, 100.9, 278.2)

    Here's a screenshot with the shutter open. Note the position of the window pane within the frame:

    Here's with the shutter closed. Because the window is positioned outside the frame, the shutter completely obscures it when closed:
