    Title: Bring Secret Note to Grigor - Task log will not clear
    Reproduction Rate: NA
    Blocker? NA
    Details: Grigor clearly states you have completed the quest, but the task log will not clear.
    Steps to Reproduce: Obtain Understorm Orders in Understorm Gold Mine. Get quest from Grigor. Quest appeared in task log. Completed Quest with Grigor. Quest disappeared from task log and Understorm Orders disappeared from backpack. Obtained Understorm Orders again in Understorm Gold Mine. Quest reappeared in task log. Grigor states quest has been completed and will not prompt for re-completion. However, the quest remains in the task log.
