Storm's Reach Sheep and Chickens Bugged

    Reproduction Rate: Storm's Reach Sheep and Chickens Bugged
    Blocker? No
    Details: Tried quitting client and reloading; problem persisted
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Storm's Reach to stock up meats down by the water. Notice that you cannot harvest the sheep and chicken carcasses, but there are no problems with the ducks. EDIT: There are some targeting problems with some of the ducks, but I can still harvest them.
