    Was watching the Telethon and around 2:46:00 the storyline talk starts.

    I was quite impressed with Keith's @Sannio s obvious enthusiasm, paired with obvious knowledge about how a Ultima-like story should work.

    I think he should work on the MAIN storyline quests. @Lord British and @DarkStarr promote that guy!

    (No I am not related to him, I am just an Ultima story fan...)

    I never got to play any ultima games, but from hearing what others say about it, I really missed out.

    Yes, I was also encouraged. I think if we can somehow inject more of an 'Ultima story-feel' into the game before launch that would be great!
    Last time I played through start of the story I was disappointed and have been avoiding until launch.

    You mean my storyline playthrough? You know what, after seeing that panel and seeing how enthusiastic RG and Keith were I am actually tempted to do it again after all. It motivated me.

    If you end up playing through my side quests and making videos, make sure to post links so I can see what sort of improvements I should make, and which parts work well and I should absolutely keep in place!

    I would make a video play through but the only use it would probably serve is how not to do it or how to do it and die shamefully, lol.

    I will definitely do that! Awesome that you are so open for feedback, way to go! I am quite new to the forum here, but is there a dev log or something that makes it easy for me to know which side quests you did or rather in which areas you did the side quests?

    Not really. (Maybe players have such a list that I don't know about?) However, whenever we post new release notes we also briefly mention new side quests. For example, you can go to https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/release-48-instructions.104223/ and search the post for "side quests" to get a summary of the ones that went in for that release. My first quests for SotA were in Solace Bridge Outskirts (release 41?) and two or three releases later I became our sidequest guy.

    You're my new hero! It's so hard to gauge it sometimes when you're doing the work. "Is this fun? I sure hope so!" Hope you're having a lot of fun anyway. I'd imagine it'd be hard not to be fun getting to be part of the Ultima legacy. :)
