Strength of Earth at less than 50 percent

    Reproduction Rate: 25 percent
    Blocker? No
    Details: For no particular reason, strength of earth sometimes is at less than half strength. If i zone out it is back to 100 percent. If I zone back in to the region where it is at half strength, it is now at normal power.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast strength of earth, zone out.

    Correct. The duration is normal.

    CORRECTION: The duration is indeed at or less than 50 percent along with the strength. I just had it happen and double checked. Both strength and duration are reduced.

    one more question: is the scene where you're noticing it's reduced in the same scene and instance as you originally cast it?

    Yes. It does happen in different scenes though. If I zone out, it always corrects itself.

    then it sounds like the same bug i linked earlier. the values are getting recalced on scene change.

    I have a theory that the attunement may not be factored in during the bug. When i wear clothes with no attunement, the values look similar.
