Stretch Goal suggestion: map with Lots selection interactivity

The idea is to create a new stretch goal, with a reasonable low cost, in order to grant all users the chance to lock their plot through a we based platform, following the lots selection process mentioned by darkstarr. In this way the whole thing would be much easier and faster, we, as users, could have a clear idea of free plots divided per size and type.

Furthermore, such web based platform, IF Portalarium endorses the thing, it could be turned out laters on in a sort of "plot market" where who wants to sell it's plot just puts it online and eventually a different color, like orange, shows the plot in it's for sale status. Eventually Portalarium could decide whether real money sale are ok or not. In any case Portalarium, could ask for a fee for the usage of this web based facility.

Let's call it SOTA real estate
