    Title: Stucco Three-Story w/Left Alcove (Row Home) - No Ceiling deco surface for first floor

    Details: On the first floor of this home, there is no ceiling decoration surface at all. The ceilings for the 2nd and 3rd floors do have ceiling decoration surface.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place a Three-Story w/Left Alcove (Row Home) and attempts to place any ceiling decoration (chandeliers, hanging plants) on the ceiling of the first floor of this home. You cannot.

    I was trying to place a Frosted Glass Chandelier on the ceiling in my new home but cannot. This is on the homes first floor.

    This is now fixed in build 1313. I was able to place a Frosted Glass Chandelier on the first floor ceiling area of this home. Thanks!
