    1. Title: Window shutters at 90 degree angle
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Stucco Two-Story w/Left Alcove has its window shutters at 90 degree's as apposed to the same row house with right alcove which has them set at a correct height.
    5. QA Build # 579 Date 10.23.17? (I think the date on QA is also displaying incorrectly)

    Location: right and left alcove row houses for comparison.
    Area: Serpent's Watch (POT_mountain_metropolis_01_template/Serpent's Watch) Loc: (-170.8, 26.1, 333.7)
