Stuck at 94% at Logon

    1. Title: Stuck at 94% at Logon
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? Yes
    4. Details: I logged off at Elysian Ruins. I have tried multiple times to log back on both resuming and starting on the world map. I get to 94% "Novia Equipping Avatars…" I have waited at least 25 minutes to see if anything happens. If I open the log file, I see messages from people from my guild. I was invited into a group and even got my 10,000 daily bonus experience points; however, I'm stuck at the loading screen. I have tried toggling "Cloth Simulation" under options as I have read that it was problematic in the past and retrying. I have updated drivers to my video card. At this point the game in unplayable.

      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16250
      GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GPU RAM: 4065
      SotA.Win.64.783.Date.05.31.18
