Stuck in Love-quest (Spite)

Title:Infinite Loop in quest

Details: After talking in the keg and Egg tavern with all people, I payed 565 gold to Agathon (chat shows: gold removed (565)) but I haven't gotten anything in my inventory as he tells me here: Agathon: (to you) I have given you the disguise, next you must talk to a spirit-talker! Luckily, there seems to be one right here! My next step should be to talk to Samiel, but he did not offer any new keyword to proceed in the storyline. Maybe it's a problem that I hired Kardan Marbane for Necropolis, so that Samiel will not go further with me? I talked to everyone involved in the tavern 3-4 times but nothing that would bring me further.

Bug submitted. There have been other known issues with this quest. I do not know if hiring Marbane earlier might have caused this issue, but that has been added to the notes on this. Thank you for reporting!

uhhh was this ever fixed?

 

So when I did this ages ago (it's been vastly changed since I completed it), you were never actually given an item. You just go over to the boatman and he takes you to the island of Malice. Once there you talk to the NPC guy by the cart and you get the key to enter Malice. This all might have changed, but this was how I did it awhile back when the questline was first completed.

 

Yes, that worked for me as well but that was months ago - so I'm not sure if that still works or not.

 

I did the quest AFTER the question - and the disguise part isn't in game anymore The question was 1. of Nov. There shouldn't be any problem now to complete the quest
