Stuck on stairs above Aerie Bank

    Title: Stuck on stairs above Aerie Bank
    Reproduction Rate: Not going back a second time to try!
    Blocker? yes
    Details: Going up the stairs from Aerie Bank's ground level, just past halfway up on the left side there is a place where I got stuck nor could I jump or walk out in any direction. I used a recall scroll, but because I am bound to Aerie it DID NOT MOVE ME (and the scroll was used ). I then used /stuck and got out to the front gate.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go up the stairs in Aerie Bank along the left side.
