Stun Effect Using "Charge" Is Not Working

    Title: The stun effect using "Charge" is not working
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: When I use Charge, the stunning is not working at all. Sometimes my opponent is knocked down but then immediately gets back up and continues fighting. I've tested this over 20 hours this release. My "Charge" skill is at 100. I do have "Shield Specialization" active (level 64) so I don't know if that is a factor for this bug or not. So far in this release, I have yet to have anyone effected by the stun during a "Charge".

    Also not getting benefit from specialization on knock down duration as well.

    Are you not getting the benefit from specialization or is your stun not working at all? Mine is not working at all... the bad guys will knock down but there's no stun time whatsoever.

    Both. Not getting stun or increased duration on knock down in fact enemies do the whole sliding thing when I knock them down with this skill.

    I have this problem also. They get knocked down and then still move by skating around on their backs.
