    Title: Investigate Child Murders - Marker has wrong text

    Details: While following the compass markers for the next step of the Investigate Child Murders, a marker shows on the compass above Tanya Cumpston, the marker task text above her says speak to Samuel.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs: Get Investigate Child Murders quest. Compass will have a blue marker above Tanya Cumpston with the task text of Speak to Samuel.
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 0 @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16303
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU RAM: 8079

    This is fixed in build 1309. The compass marker task text above Tanya now says "Task: Speak with Tanya". Thank you!
