Title: Drinking potion of wold speed on world map doesn't play throwing vial to ground animation

Details: When on the World Map, drinking a potion of wolf speed doesn't play the throwing the vial do the ground animation. Drinking a potion of wolf speed in a scene plays correctly.
Steps to Reproduce: Go to World Map, drink potion of wolf speed. Player will drink potion, but you will not see the throw vial to the ground animation play.
