[Fixed 69074] Purple Mushrooms no longer cause confusion

    Title: Mushrooms no longer cause confusion
    Reproduction Rate: 100% in scenes I visited
    Blocker? no, and may have been changed on purpose

    Details: The mushrooms you need to run by to get to the tower in Approach to the Shuttered Eye scene used to cause confusion via a hallucinogenic gas debuff . They are no longer doing so. This is also the case in East Perennial Trail and Mysterious Swamp. Coswald Dirthmire also noticed it on one of his streams while in one of the PVP scenes, so I believe all scenes with these mushrooms are likely affected. It is possible this debuff was removed purposefully because players run by them for the quest in the Approach to the Shuttered Eye, but I did not see any announcements saying this.

    Steps to Reproduce: Run circles around and jump on top of the mushrooms in one of these scenes. Notice no confusion / hallucinogenic gas debuffs are cast on you.
