    Title: Conversationalist Falls Off Dock
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: Placing the conversationalist on my lot on a the dock and set tp patrol, the NPC walks right off the dock. At first it happened on the lot property, so I put up a fence to block it. But the conversationalist is now leaving the property.
    Steps to Reproduce: Secure a lot on a doc and place the conversationalist there. Set to patrol and wait for it to go swimming.

    Issue# 69099 created. Every year, deco pets and Conversationalists alike will flock to the shores and lakes of New Britannia to go swimming!

    This issue has been noted a number of times with several corrections, we will work to correct this iteration, and convince them to stay dry!

    Title: Player NPC's on patrol walk off docks

    Details: Player NPC's on patrol walk off docks. If you place one on a dock and let it patrol it will path off dock and run into water teleport back to dock and repeat.
    Steps to Reproduce: place npc on dock set patrol and pull out popcorn.
