    Title: Engraving the tools with unlimited durability

    Details: I bought Founder's Crafting Knife for Tanning for 89,000. When i try to engrave it with True Bronse engraving tool - nothing happening. System give me a message in chat window "На таком предмете (Ремесленный нож основателя для дубления) можно использовать инструменты для гравировки (Набор для гравировки: настоящая бронза)". This mean that i CAN engrave it. Translation of russian text: "An item like this (Founder's Craft Tanning Knife can be used with Engraving Tools (Engraving Kit True Bronze)". You can copy russian text an translate it use any service - the meaning will not change. Why is nothing happening?
    Steps to Reproduce: Try, if you found somewhere same tool...

    this is as designed. you can either improve tools by engraving them, at the cost of some durability, or you can have unlimited durability. not both.

    So? Why system tell me that it is possible? I would understand if the window with the inscription "impossible" popped up, but the system informs in yellow on black that I CAN do it!

    How to get access to localization strings? I can fix this and very many same bugs. I can do it for myself and then share my work to other. I think this is most needed for russian-speaking people.

    it's been on hold for a bit. @Ravalox and @DavidDC just started looking at the localization server recently and i don't think they're ready to open it up to submissions yet.
