    Title: Leather Backpack is not a container when used as deco

    Details: The new Leather Backpack is a container when equipped on my character, in my inventory, or inside another container. When placed on a wall or the floor, it is NOT a container (cannot be opened), but it still shows the container permissions when you right click on it.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place the Leather Backpack on a wall or on the floor and try to open it.

    seen fixed in 1452. must mouse over it for a green cursor to use. the left strap and the top of the right one seem to be targets.
