[Submitted 69864] Some Obsidian Potions show no noticeable change for subscribers

4. Details: The R95 patch notes mentioned "Subscribers to the Reward Program now receive greatly improved results from Obsidian Potions effects!", however the new rewards potions I just got today are no different
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Compare subscriber obsidian potion rewards to previous releases
   
6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)

 

It seems a change to increased efficacy over duration was decided upon, though the potion of Capacity and potion of Conservation do seem to have been missed. All other Obsidian Potions (including Guidance) seem to have been updated to have an additional 50% efficacy. (450% learn speed from a guidance potion instead of 300% and so on)

 

Potion of precision is 15% (from 10%). For subscribers.

Capacity, Conservation, Reclamation (blacksmithing repair unchanged from non-subscriber)
