[Submitted 70165] Shield of Ice Damage Avoidance is half the duration than other effects

    Title: Shield of Ice Damage Avoidance is half the duration of the other effects.
    Reproduction Rate: Easy
    Blocker? No
    Details: Look at the tool tip effects for shield of ice. Notice how the damage avoidance duration is 1/2 the duration of the other effects. Casting reinforces this difference. Suspect it was missed when shields were doubled in duration.
    Steps to Reproduce: Look at the tool tip on shield of ice. Also, can cast the spell and look at the countdown timers on the shield of ice effects and notice it is 1/2 duration of the other effects.
