    Title: Shield Smash - this skill does not apply the stun & other issues

    Issue 1: Shield Smash is supposed to stun, but it does not - Shield smash is combo of stone fist (my level is 160) + shield bash (my level is 60). When i use a single stack of shield smash, the tool tip states I have 100% chance to stun for 1 second, and 50% chance to knockback. However, in nearly 100 attempts at shield smash on an enemy (not on a training dummy), I have never gotten a stun. This is the case regardless of whether the enemy is low level or high level. Given the percentage chances shown above, there should be times when as stun occurs without a knockback (never happens) and times when a knockback and a stun occur together (never happens). So, stuns never happen.
    Issue 2: Since the stun never happens, a crowd control resistance for stun is never applied to the target. However, knockbacks do work for this skill and do apply the crowd control resist correctly. If this skill is fixed and will actually apply the stun, then by convention it should apply crowd control for both the stun and the knockback.
    Issue 3: The stun length of 1 second makes this stun useless because it is shorter than the time it takes to animate the knockback. So, I suggest increasing the stun length to a sum of the stun lengths for Shield bash and stone fist (it is a combo of those two skills, so a sum of their stun lengths makes sense).
