[Submitted 72917] Chaotic Clone With Chaos Specialization does not Stealth the Avatar

    Title: Chaotic Clone With Chaos Specialization does not Stealth the Avatar
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: With Choas specialization, Chaotic Clone is supposed to stealth the avatar for 15 seconds. The "stealth" buff icon appears under my avatars health bar, but the avatar is not stealthed (the avatar is visible, not invisible).

    Note this issue was reported in 2020, but the thread was locked and no issues # was ever assigned, so I am reporting it again.

    Steps to Reproduce: cast chaotic clone with specialization
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    Verified - I did not witness the stealth effect happen while I raised Chaos Specialization from 1-51 using the glyph repeatedly.
