[Submitted] Can't zone using Cross-Continent Galleon if party members are in Lamech's Bazaar Extreme

    Title: Can't zone using Cross-Continent Galleon if party members are in Lamech's Bazaar Extreme

    Details: I joined a party exploring Lamech's bazaar and clicked the cross continent galleon by Brittany and selected Mistrendur - the game starts to fade out but then sits there - the load screen never comes up. I end-tasked the game, and reloaded - tried the galleon again with the same result.. 3rd time, I quit the party after reloading the game, then used the galleon successfully.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    Title: Cannot enter any scene
    Reproduction Rate: 5/5
    Blocker? yes!
    Details: When I use a teleport to zone scroll or just want to enter a scene (town or adventurer scene) my character just disappears and nothing happens. From the log file I see me in the new scene, but I only see the world map, no chat window, also cannot exit to menu. I can only relog - did that 4x now (the relog keeps me on the world map).
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter a scene or us a teleport scroll (the scroll is gone afterwards)
    Did try Tartarus, Ulfheim, Brittany Estates and Astrum.
    For Astrum (my home town where I started today) the screen went black and my status is offline
    Note: I did not have that issue a few hours before

    Update: seems to be dup of "Lamech's Bazaar", 1 party member was in Lamech's Bazaar, when I left the party I could zone again

    I just had this happen. Could not zone in to any town, TP scrolls did not even open, restart an d reboot did noting. We had one party member in a tier Mist zone.

    Any fix for this? That's a major showstopper? @Chris @Elgarion
