    Title: Quest: Talk to Preben
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Partial - Blocks quest progress
    Details: Deleted quest item "Micsere Ingot" from inventory before talking to Preben. Other quest items can't be deleted if they are still required for the questline.
    Steps to Reproduce: Delete the quest item.

    Yesterday, I submitted a fix for this very issue (#66254). When the fix is added to the live server, you'll be able to advance the quest with Preben even though you don't have that ingot.
