    Title: There are two NPCs in Blood River just outside of the magistrate's office named Robert Townsend

    Details: While wandering around, I noticed a sudden-onset twinkle on my compass for Blood River. It seems the magistrate, Robert Villines want to talk to me ... Ok, so I go in to talk to him, but first I decide to talk with one of the guards outside his office. The guard named Robert Townsend. I then talk to the other guard ... also named Robert Townsend.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go here and check out the names of the two guards.

    This issue is now resolved in build 1276. I only see Rob and Bob Townsend.
