    Sugar Cookie buffs only last for 1 minute, but it takes like 15 seconds to eat them. :)

    Food should take less time to eat the longer the effect lasts and more time to eat the longer it lasts. In the case of a sugar cookie it should be almost instantly eaten. To avoid having people spam sugar cookies :) there should be a cool down.
