Suggestion: Make the bell tower playable with abc

If we could play abc files on the bell tower, we could have a carillon in the game. *gushes with excitement* *squeeee* I have attempted to "play" the bell tower by pulling the ropes, but the animation slows it down to the point that it's pretty pointless to try.

Another possibility: make it possible to "play" the bell tower as instruments can with the number keys.

Yet another possibility: If along with this devs added an auto-play event on a timer tied to an abc file, POT owners could then announce specific events (Sunday church services? weekly dueling tournaments? chimes on the hour?) with the bell tower.

(If this is the wrong place for suggestions, please advise. I really tried to find a suggestion forum and could not.)
